As an AI Product Manager at Origen, you will be responsible for defining and delivering AI-native products serving enterprise and government customers. You will work across Smart City, GIS, Enterprise Platforms and AI solutions to transform business opportunities into scalable products.
This role requires someone who can bridge business, technology, and product thinking. Beyond strong product sense, you should understand enterprise workflows, modern AI technologies, and customer scenarios, enabling you to make sound product decisions and effectively communicate with customers, executives, designers, and engineers.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand customer problems, evaluate technical feasibility, and translate them into practical, scalable product solutions.

1. Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native enterprise platforms, Smart City and GIS-related products.
2. Translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions, balancing business value, user experience and technical feasibility.
3. Work closely with enterprise and government customers through discovery workshops, product presentations, solution discussions and project delivery.
4. Define PRDs, prototypes and product specifications while managing priorities, scope and product lifecycle.
5. Collaborate with Engineering, AI, GIS and UX teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
6. Understand modern AI technologies (LLMs, Agents, RAG, Function Calling, MCP, AI Workflow, etc.) and identify practical business applications.
7. Understand enterprise platform architecture, system integration, APIs, data governance and digital transformation initiatives.
8. Participate in solution design involving Smart City, GIS, IoT, Digital Twin and spatial intelligence where applicable.
9. Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as daily productivity tools throughout product design and execution.
10. Continuously analyze customer feedback and market trends to shape future product direction.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Fluent English and Chinese; capable of conducting product presentations and customer discussions in English.
3. 5+ years of Product Management experience.
4. Experience in one or more of the following domains: Smart City, GIS / Geospatial Systems, Enterprise Platforms / Enterprise IT Systems, AI Products.
5. Strong product thinking with excellent customer empathy.
6. Good understanding of enterprise business processes and digital transformation.
7. Good technical understanding; able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs without necessarily writing production code.
8. Familiar with enterprise software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and system integrations.
9. Understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Function Calling, Prompt Engineering and AI product design.
10. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with Smart City platforms, GIS platforms or Digital Twin projects.
2. Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or large-scale enterprise platforms.
3. Experience working with government customers.
4. Knowledge of IoT, spatial computing or geospatial data.
5. Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot.
6. Technical background in Computer Science, GIS, Software Engineering or related fields.
