Position Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect with a strong technical background and extensive client-facing experience to support solution development, technical engagement, and project advancement for government and enterprise clients.
This role works closely with the sales team to deliver end-to-end presales support, covering the full lifecycle from customer needs analysis and solution design to technical presentations and commercial proposals. The position also involves evaluating and integrating technology solutions from backend partners to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deepen relationships with target customer segments, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive project execution.
2. Conduct customer needs analysis and business insight discovery, then design integrated solutions tailored to specific business scenarios, including AI, cloud platforms, and smart city solutions.
3. Organize and lead technical workshops, product demonstrations (demos), and solution presentations to strengthen customer technical alignment and trust.
4. Lead solution configuration, pricing design, and preparation of commercial proposals and business cases.
5. Engage with technology partners to align, evaluate, and integrate technical solutions, ensuring overall solution completeness and competitiveness.
6. Provide technical and solution support throughout project bidding, negotiations, and contract signing phases.
7. Continuously monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive dynamics, and provide input to product and solution roadmap development.

Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects (USD 1M+), preferably in AI, cloud, or defense-related applications. Candidates are encouraged to include representative project details.
3. Strong expertise in AI and cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in solution design, presentations, and demonstrations.
4. Strong market insight and competitive awareness, with the ability to analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses across products, solutions, and industry applications, accurately identify market opportunities, formulate and lead project strategies, and achieve successful deal closures.
5. Excellent client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, analyze business pain points, and propose solutions that clearly demonstrate business value and drive customer investment decisions.
