Agentic AI Software Architect
Type: Experienced
Location: Shenzhen
Time: February 25, 2026
Position Overview
Origen is building the next-generation interaction model between humans and physical space.
By integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, LiDAR, and mmWave technologies, we aim to transform residential environments into intelligent, evolving, and sovereign systems.
We are seeking a highly creative and systems-oriented architect to redefine the software foundation of Smart Home from first principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect and design the next-generation HomeAI software stack based on LLM and multi-agent systems.
2. Develop a unified Agentic orchestration layer integrating local large models with IoT hardware endpoints.
3. Design and implement multi-agent collaboration protocols for real-world environmental automation.
4. Build high-performance local inference pipelines under constrained edge-computing environments.
5. Abstract IoT hardware into structured Agent tools and action interfaces.
6. Develop and maintain open-source-aligned architecture frameworks.
7. Ensure millisecond-level communication between sensor data and inference engines.
8. Lead technical design decisions across AI layer, orchestration layer, and gateway communication layer.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Core Competencies
• Strong first-principles thinking and system-level reasoning.
• Proven GitHub contributions or deep engagement in open-source ecosystems.
• Full-stack architectural capability across AI systems, middleware, and hardware integration.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
3. AI & Agent Architecture
• Edge deployment and optimization of LLMs (e.g., llama.cpp, vLLM, MLC LLM).
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, Open-source agent systems).
• RAG systems and vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant).
• Multi-modal data processing (LiDAR, mmWave or other sensor fusion pipelines).
4. IoT & Communication
• Deep understanding of Matter, Thread, Zigbee 3.0 protocols.
• Experience with gRPC, MQTT, ZeroMQ for high-performance communication.
• mDNS / local discovery mechanisms.
5. Edge Systems & Infrastructure
• Docker, K3s, or lightweight container orchestration.
• Python for AI development.
• Rust/C++ for performance-critical modules.
• Go for backend services.
• Linux system optimization and security hardening.
6. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital twin simulation environments.
• Experience contributing to large-scale open-source projects.
• Strong familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
