Position Overview
Responsible for managing office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and daily IT support services. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of office IT systems, and act as the coordination point between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage and maintain office network (LAN/WiFi), servers, cloud systems, printers, and meeting room systems.
- Ensure stable operation of office systems, email, and collaboration tools.
- Manage system updates, backups, and basic IT security controls.
2. IT Assets & End-User Devices
- Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile phones, and peripherals.
- Oversee device procurement, configuration, allocation, return, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and conduct regular audits.
3. IT Helpdesk & User Support
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT incidents; escalate to external vendors when required.
- Develop user guides and FAQs to improve self-service efficiency.
4. Information Security & Access Management
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and device usage standards.
- Manage user accounts, system access rights, and data protection requirements.
- Support HR in IT access setup and deactivation for onboarding and offboarding.
5. Vendor & Cost Management
- Coordinate with IT service providers, software vendors, and telecom operators.
- Manage IT-related contracts, service levels (SLA), and budgets.
- Optimize IT costs and resource utilization.
6. Process & Policy Development
- Develop and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and usage guidelines.
- Support office digitalization initiatives and system improvement projects.
- Participate in system selection, implementation, and internal rollout.

Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in IT operations or office IT management.
3. Strong service mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
