Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Origen’s brand positioning, market expansion, and demand generation initiatives across the Middle East and global markets. This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and the ability to translate complex technology solutions into clear, compelling market narratives tailored to government and enterprise audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional expansion plans.
2. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content development to enhance Origen’s visibility in target industries such as smart cities, AI, geospatial solutions, and digital transformation.
3. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, website management, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
4. Collaborate closely with sales, solution, and ecosystem teams to support lead generation, partner marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
5. Oversee marketing materials production, including presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, and executive communication assets.
6. Manage external agencies, media relationships, and event partners to ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency.
7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, ICT, AI, cloud, or digital transformation industries.
3. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in government or enterprise markets.
4. Proven experience in brand building, digital marketing, and campaign management.
5. Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
6. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
7. Fluent in English; Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
8. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-growing, international environment.
