Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Origen’s business growth and organizational development. This role will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
The HRBP will play a critical role in workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design, ensuring scalable HR practices that support both regional and global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective HR initiatives and workforce plans.
2. Drive talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring quality hiring and organizational capability enhancement.
3. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and incentive alignment.
4. Support organizational design, team structuring, and headcount planning to enable business scalability.
5. Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
6. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
7. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company governance standards.
8. Facilitate change management initiatives during organizational transformation or business expansion.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. 5+ years of HR experience, with proven experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
3. Experience supporting fast-growing technology or digital transformation organizations is preferred.
4. Solid understanding of performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
