Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the development and management of our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships across sectors such as smart cities, energy, transportation, public safety, and government digital transformation.
As a key driver of ecosystem growth, you will collaborate closely with partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies, enable joint solution delivery, and ensure successful project implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management capabilities with commercial acumen and execution excellence, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with local and China-based partners, driving ecosystem development across sectors such as smart cities, energy, transportation, public safety, and government digital transformation.
2. Collaborate with partners to formulate go-to-market and business plans, supporting the promotion and implementation of joint solutions.
3. Organize partner enablement programs and training initiatives to enhance technical capabilities and delivery standards.
4. Coordinate internal and partner resources to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation.
5. Regularly analyze partner performance and market trends to continuously optimize partnership models and cooperation strategies.

Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in Marketing, Management, Telecommunications, IT, or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of experience in ICT or related industries, with a focus on partner/channel management.
3. Strong understanding of partner operations and experience in negotiating partnership agreements.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
