We are looking for an experienced UAV Pilot to lead and execute aerial photography and mapping missions in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must hold valid UAV flight certification approved by GCAA, be familiar with local regulatory processes, and demonstrate proficiency in mission planning and execution.

1. Develop and execute detailed flight plans for aerial photography and mapping missions.
2. Ensure full compliance with GCAA regulations and UAE government drone operation procedures.
3. Conduct aerial data collection, including photography, video, and 3D mapping imagery.
4. Manage UAV mission safety, risk assessments, and emergency response measures.
5. Operate and maintain enterprise-grade UAVs (e.g., DJI Matrice 400), ensuring equipment readiness.
6. Coordinate with project teams for flight scheduling, data delivery, and reporting.

1. Valid UAE UAV Operator Certification approved by the GCAA and required security clearance.
2. Minimum 1 year of commercial UAV flying experience in the UAE, with a proven track record in aerial photography.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE airspace rules, restricted zones, and permission procedures.
4. Proficiency in operating DJI Matrice 400 or equivalent UAV platforms.
5. Experience in mission planning, photogrammetry, and aerial data workflows.
6. Previous UAV flying experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
