Position Overview
This role is responsible for enabling executive-level communication and strategic articulation across the organization. It focuses on synthesizing complex business and technical information into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives that support senior management alignment and decision-making.
The position requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and executive storytelling capabilities. The successful candidate will translate cross-functional inputs into concise, insight-driven presentations that facilitate high-level strategic discussions and drive informed executive actions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and structuring of executive communication frameworks across key strategic initiatives, including business planning, market positioning, competitive landscape analysis, solution architecture articulation, and financial scenario modeling.
2. Shape and refine information architecture, logical sequencing, and key message hierarchy to ensure clarity, strategic focus, and decision-oriented outcomes aligned with senior leadership priorities.
3. Elevate the articulation of complex business and technical concepts through structured storytelling and executive-grade visual logic, enhancing coherence, professionalism, and strategic impact.
4. Develop intuitive visual representations—including analytical models, structured diagrams, and data-driven insights—that translate multifaceted information into clear executive understanding.
5. Partner closely with business, technical, and leadership teams to rapidly synthesize complex inputs, clarify strategic intent, and ensure consistent executive alignment.
6. Establish and continuously optimize executive communication standards, narrative frameworks, and visual governance systems to strengthen organizational clarity, brand consistency, and overall strategic presentation quality.

Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; majors in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising Design, or related fields are preferred.
2. English Proficiency: Professional English proficiency is preferred, with strong reading and writing skills and the ability to independently review materials and produce high-quality presentation content.
3. Solid academic background or professional experience in graphic design, advertising design, or visual communication, with a strong foundation in layout design, color theory, typography, and information hierarchy.
4. Outstanding visual design capabilities, with a refined aesthetic sense and high standards for professionalism, logical structure, and visual order in executive presentation materials.
5. Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries or complex business contexts.
6. High standards for quality, strong ownership, and attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to content logic, language expression, and visual presentation.
7. Excellent information synthesis and storytelling ability, capable of distilling core insights from large volumes of complex information.
8. Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
